Project Link, Pin Number, and Bidboard

Every project that you create has a “Project Link and Pin Number” that you can share with subcontractors. This information is located on the "Project Dashboard". The Project Link connects them to your external but private and secure ONETEAM “Bid Board”. The Pin Number provides access to only that specific project.

This feature was designed for 2-reasons:

1. You may be more comfortable messaging your private subcontractors using your company's or personal email but you want to take advantage of ONETEAM's industry leading plan room, project reports, and 2-way communication platform for collaboration.

2. To save you time if it’s a new subcontractor(s) that you just met. You don’t have to add them to your private database in ONETEAM to message them an “Invitation to Bid”. Just send them a quick email with the link to your ONETEAM "Bid Board".

In both scenarios, the Project Link and Pin Number will immediately provide the subcontractor with access to their private ONETEAM portal (workspace) so they can review the project details; view and download plans, specifications, and addenda; communicate with you from their "Activity Screen"; and submit their bid. Since the subcontractor is working from their portal, all of their activity will be recorded on the "Project Reports" screen.

You control what projects are displayed on your ONETEAM "Bid Board" (see below). When you invite a subcontractor to bid a specific project, they can only see additional projects that you promoted in BidScope - The Blue Book Network's project lead platform. If you did not promote the project in BidScope it will not be listed on your "Bid Board".

Along with the Pin Number, your invited subcontractor will be required to enter their company and contact information and the trade that they perform. The subcontractor will then be added to the project and your private database in ONETEAM as an unranked vendor.
