In addition to messaging your private vendors, if needed, ONETEAM will help you find and communicate with prequalified Blue Book Network subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers more quickly and effectively to help you win more work.
Now we want to help you find more work. The Blue Book Network is pleased to announce that all active GC ONETEAM users have free, seamless access to our complete list of reported planning and bidding phase projects.
From your ONETEAM “Dashboard” screen, you can easily search for projects in your company’s area of interest and expertise – locally, regionally, and nationally.
After reviewing a planning phase project, you can move it to your Blue Book “Bid Board” to follow-up with the owner and/or architect to develop a new client relationship and qualify your company to bid the project.
With a single click, you can copy a bidding phase project to your ONETEAM account. ONETEAM’s required fields will be automatically populated with the project’s key information to expedite your “Invitation to Bid” messaging.
This exciting new ONETEAM feature was implemented for GCs that are messaging bid invitations in The Blue Book Network at least every 60-days. No other bid management systems provide direct and complete access to free, nationwide planning and bidding phase projects that specify a need for General Contractors.
